Selected TITAN RACING ACCESSORIES carry a Lifetime Warranty. The Lifetime Warranty only applies to the first owner and needs to be processed through an authorized Titan Racing retailer. You will need to take your proof of purchase and the damaged/malfunctioned accessory to your preferred Titan Racing retailer to have it processed.
The warranty does not cover transport costs, and does not apply to accessories that have been used for alternate uses other than their intended uses.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
• Wear and neglect (insufficient care and maintenance).
• Accidents or damage caused by overloading, incorrect mounting or improper treatment.
• Damage resulting from changes to the accessory (e.g. mounting, alteration or modifying)
The warranty does not cover batteries used in electronic devices such as lights and computers.
